1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nn0k website at nn0k.ws (the "Platform") and all related services, games, and promotions offered by nn0k (the "Company"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company and confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

2. One Account Per PersonEach individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicates are identified, the Company will close the secondary account and any bonus funds or winnings derived from it may be voided.
3. Accurate Registration InformationYou must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including your legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

Your nn0k account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Password ResponsibilityYou are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. nn0k will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent — contact support immediately if you receive one.
2. Unauthorised AccessNotify nn0k immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. nn0k will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use unless the Company has been grossly negligent in its security obligations.
3. KYC Verificationnn0k reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any account holder at any time, including government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
4. Account Closure by UserYou may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Where a balance remains at closure, the Company will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method once all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

nn0k supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

1. Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit is ৳500. Very large deposits may be subject to additional verification under the Company's anti-money laundering obligations.
2. Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of submission. Funds go directly to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. nn0k charges no withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.
3. Payment Method OwnershipAll payment methods used on the Platform must be registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
4. Declined Withdrawalsnn0k may decline a withdrawal where KYC verification is incomplete, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal would breach an active bonus wagering requirement attached to the account balance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

nn0k offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms in this section and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

1. Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period results in the bonus funds being forfeited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn0k Platform. The Company may suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and may void any associated winnings. Matters may be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

1. Fraudulent ActivityAny attempt to defraud nn0k or other players — including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or collusion to manipulate game outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial institutions and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
2. Automated SystemsUse of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through automated systems will be voided.
3. Money LaunderingThe Platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial crime. nn0k complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
4. Harassment and Abusive BehaviourAbusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at any nn0k staff member or other player — via live chat, email, or any other channel — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without return of funds.

7. Responsible Gaming
